Will the CVs sent without the complete application package be evaluated?

No, only the complete applications including the completed application form, a CV and a motivation letter in compliance with the instructions described on the page How to apply? will be evaluated.

Can I include recommendation letters, copies of diplomas or other supporting documents in my application?

To guarantee a fair treatment of the applications, the documents which are not listed in the application package will not be included in the recruitment process. If relevant they might be requested at a later stage of your application handling.

What is the deadline for sending my application?

The overall objective is to have the working contracts corresponding to the 11 positions starting on 1st October 2020, but there is no common formal deadline for the sending of the applications. As soon as one position is filled, it will be removed from this website and from the application package. The selection process will be ongoing for the other ones until all positions are filled.

Are the vacancies only for EU citizens or for anyone who fulfills the prerequisites?

There is no specific requirement in terms of nationalities of the candidates, as long as the Marie Curie eligibility criteria are fulfilled. Please refer to the Application package available on the page How to apply? and check the Application process for more information on the eligibility criteria.

Is it possible to apply for more than one project or in more than one recruiting institution?

Each candidate can apply to up to 3 different institutions in one single application. Please refer to the Application package on the page How to apply? and check the Application form and the Application process for more information on the requirements applying to each application.

Do I need to send separate applications for each ESR position?

No, each candidate can apply to up to 3 different institutions in one single application.

Are the 11 VITRIMAT vacancies PhD positions? Is there also any Post-doc positions?

The 11 VITRIMAT open positions indeed correspond to PhD positions. In accordance with the MSCA-ITN projects requirements, there are no open post-doc positions planned in the frame of the VITRIMAT project.
